Refunds

Our refund policy and ‘cooling off period’ lasts 10 business days.

If 10 working days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately Tanya Targett can’t offer you a refund or the ability to reschedule* your ticket(s).

Simply not attending a workshop, calling or texting aTanya Targett representative does not mean you’ve officially withdrawn / rescheduled / cancelled.

Please understand, Tanya Targett can’t issue a refund after workshops have started, if you have failed to give sufficient notice.

Refunds will be paid in the same tender type as the original payment and in Australian dollars (AU$).

Half-Day Workshops

Tickets to half-day workshops are available for purchase on this website. If, for any reason, you cannot attend the workshop you can:

a) Book into another session – please do this via email three (3) business days prior to the event: clientservices@headlinehunter.com.au or,

b) Request a refund – please note, registration cancellations will only be accepted in writing, via email: clientservices@headlinehunter.com.au three (3) business days prior to the event. When requesting a refund you must provide the email that you used to secure your ticket, and you may be required to provide proof of purchase.

One on One Consultations*

Note that time slots are at a premium and are often booked weeks or months in advance – if you cancel, that spot is often unfillable at the last minute; and if you reschedule, you are essentially taking two time slots.

As a result, appointments can only be rescheduled with four days advanced notice in writing.

If you fail to provide sufficient notice, you will not be refunded for your consultation, and you will be charged for a second time slot if a new appointment is needed.

Two-Day Workshops*

Tickets to two-day workshops are available for purchase through half-day workshops, or through private discussions with Headline Hunter.

The two-day workshops are frequently sold out with waiting lists.

If, for any reason, you cannot attend the workshop you can:

a) Request a new workshop session in writing, at least 10 business days before the scheduled event. Any payments already made will be credited to the new workshop date. Please note you can only ‘change’ / transfer event dates once – please do this via email: support@tanyatargett.com or

b) Request a refund, within 10 business days of your original purchase. When requesting a refund you must provide the email and card number that you used to secure your ticket, and you may be required to provide proof of purchase.

Please note – when requesting a refund within the 10 business day ‘cooling off period’ you will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative cost.

Refunds can take up to four weeks to process.

If you fail to provide sufficient notice, you will not be transferred to a new two-day workshop; or refunded for your two-day workshop ticket.
